De Nora Deutschland serves the Northern European markets and works in synergy with De Nora Italy for Southern Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa. De Nora Deutschland has a state-of-the-art manufacturing and coating production center located in Rodenbach near Frankfurt/Main (Hesse - Germany), which meets all the production requirements of thyssenkrupp nucera as well as the entire De Nora coating portfolio. De Nora Deutschland is the center of excellence for Gas Diffusion Electrodes and catalysts for Chlorine, Hydrogen, and PEM fuel cells. Founded in 1970 under Heraeus Elektrochemie GmbH, the Company was acquired in 1998.
