Industrie De Nora S.p.A., based in Milan, via Bistolfi 35, acting as Data Controller, inform you that, pursuant to the legislation on privacy - d.lgs. 196/03, Regulation 2016/679/UE, d.lgs. 101/18 – the processing of your data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality.
The personal Data you provide are processed by the Company for purposes related to the recruitment, selection and evaluation of personnel.
Any sensitive Data (i.e. personal Data suitable for identifying racial and ethnic origin, philosophical, religious or other belief, political opinion, membership of parties, unions, religious or philosophical association or organizations, as well as personal Data suitable to show health and sexual life) provided by the candidates will not be taken into consideration. The only exception is the candidate’s membership of a legally protected category, information necessary to evaluate tax, administrative and organizational aspects of the candidate’s career path at Industrie De Nora S.p.A.
The provision of personal Data is optional, however in case of missed information, it will not be possible to take into consideration your application. The legal basis for the processing of your personal Data is their need for evaluation, which can lead to an employment relationship.
Your personal Data are collected and will be processed, with methods and procedures necessary to pursue the above- mentioned purposes, both by Industrie De Nora S.p.A. and other suppliers appointed as Data Processors.
Some personal information may be shared with other Group companies operating in non-UE countries. Information transfer will always take place in compliance with the principles and conditions of legality established by the Regulation UE 2016/679. It’s possible request more information on these transfers by contacting our company at addresses below.
We also inform you that, if you are not hired after the interview, your personal Data will delete after 12 months from today.
Pursuant art. 15 and next of Regulation UE 679/2016 you are entitled to know, at any time, your personal Data in our possession we have and how they are used. You have also the right to have them updated, completed, modified or cancelled, request their blocking and partially or totally go against their treatment, also referring to one of the above mention purposes or methods, writing to the following e-mail address dn_hr_ssc@denora.com.
To exercise the above rights, the person involved may also request the DPO, using the e-mail account dpo@denora.com.
If you recognize a violation of your rights, you can contact the Guarantor for the protection of personal Data as per art. 77 of Regulation UE 679/2016, without prejudice to the possibility to apply directly the Judicial Authority.
